What jute products do you manufacture?
We manufacture jute yarn (all counts and plies), hessian/burlap fabric, jute rope and twine, jute bags and sacks, and supply raw jute fiber. We also accept custom orders to specific buyer requirements.
What grades of jute do you work with?
We work with multiple grades of Tossa jute and white jute fiber. The appropriate grade depends on your end-use application and price point. Contact us with your specifications and we will recommend the best option.
Can you manufacture to my custom specifications?
Yes. We regularly produce custom yarn counts, plies, twist directions, fabric weights, and dimensions. Please send your technical specification sheet when enquiring.
Do you offer samples before we place a bulk order?

How do I get a price quotation?

What are your payment terms?
Payment terms are discussed on a per-buyer basis depending on order size, relationship history, and other factors. Common terms include T/T (telegraphic transfer) and L/C (letter of credit).
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ varies by product. Contact us with your requirements and we will advise accordingly. We work with buyers of all sizes.
How are prices quoted?
We can quote on FOB (Chittagong/Mongla), CFR, CIF, or other Incoterms as required. Please specify your preferred Incoterm when requesting a quote.
About Shipping & Export
Which ports do you ship from?
We primarily ship from Chittagong (Chattogram) Port, Bangladesh's main export port. We can also arrange shipments from Mongla Port for certain destinations.
What export documents do you provide?
Standard documents include: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin (Bangladesh), and Phytosanitary Certificate. Additional documents (quality certificates, fumigation certificates, etc.) are available on request.
How long does delivery take?
Transit time depends on your destination. Typical transit times: Turkey 15–20 days, China 10–15 days, Belgium/Europe 20–30 days, Morocco 18–25 days. Production lead time is additional — contact us for current schedules.
Do you handle customs clearance at the destination?
We typically supply on FOB or CIF basis, meaning customs clearance at destination is the buyer's responsibility. However, we provide all necessary documentation to facilitate smooth clearance.
Does Bangladesh jute qualify for preferential tariffs in Europe?
Yes. Bangladesh is a Least Developed Country (LDC) and benefits from the EU's Everything But Arms (EBA) scheme, meaning most Bangladeshi jute products enter the EU at zero or reduced tariffs. This is a significant cost advantage for European buyers.

We test every batch for tensile strength, weight per unit length, moisture content, and dimensional accuracy. Our quality control team inspects goods at multiple stages of production and again before packing.
Can we conduct a factory audit?
