Our Manufacturing Process
Consistency is the result of discipline at every stage. Here is how raw Bangladeshi jute becomes the premium yarn our buyers rely on, shipment after shipment.
Raw Fiber Sourcing
We source raw jute fiber from the finest growing regions of Bangladesh. Our procurement team grades and selects fiber based on length, strength, colour, and cleanliness. Only the best material enters our production floor.
Fiber Batching & Softening
Raw jute fiber is batched and treated with emulsion to soften it for processing. This stage ensures consistent moisture content and pliability throughout the batch.
Carding
The softened fiber passes through carding machines that align the fibers and remove impurities, producing a consistent, parallel fiber sliver ready for spinning.
Drawing
The fiber sliver is drawn through multiple stages to refine its thickness and improve consistency — ensuring uniform count throughout the final yarn.
Spinning
The drawn sliver is spun on ring-spinning or rotor-spinning frames to produce the finished yarn. Twist direction, twist per inch, and count are precisely controlled at this stage.
Winding & Packaging
Finished yarn is wound onto hanks, cones, tubes, or beams as specified. Each package is labelled with batch number, count, weight, and other quality identifiers.
Quality Control & Inspection
Every batch undergoes final quality inspection for tensile strength, weight per unit, moisture content, and visual appearance. Only approved batches are cleared for packing and shipment.
Export Packing & Documentation
Approved goods are packed in export-standard bales or cartons, and full export documentation is prepared for customs clearance.
